How This Manual Works

This isn’t a personality test result or a diagnosis report. It’s a guided trail through the seven parts of Cody's inner world: how they think, how they burn out, how they love, and what actually helps.

You can follow the trail in order from Module 1 → 7, or hop straight to the part Cody needs. Each module is short on purpose: a few sections, a summary, and links to deeper guides if you want more.

  • 7 Modules – simple, ordered, and numbered so you don't get lost.
  • Each module has 2-3 short sections, a summary, and optional videos.
  • Deeper dives live in separate guides (health, crises, work, etc.) so this stays light and readable.
