Marathon Weight Burden Scale Calculator

100-item checklist to estimate cumulative psychological and situational burden (0–1000 lbs)

What is the MWBS? This checklist approximates how many metaphorical pounds of weight someone is carrying in their life marathon. Each checked item counts as 10 lbs. There are 100 items total (maximum 1000 lbs).

Anchor: A typical adult with "normal life difficulty" might endorse around 10 items ≈ 100 lbs. After you calculate your score, you can use it to generate a narrative summary for reports or documentation.
